The HCPL-0723-060 optoisolator is a hermetically sealed, optically isolated, high speed, digital logic gate optoisolator device with a built-in voltage regulator for use in a variety of applications and can be used with logic levels from 1.8 to 5.5V. The output of the optoisolator is a high-side open collector transistor with an external resistor.
