HM61-20222LFTR13, is a fixed inductor, designed for a wide range of applications. The inductor is constructed with frame, conductive coil, terminal and plastics. The housing allows for easy mounting and reliable attach to application board. This inductor is designed for use in power supplies and high-efficiency DC-DC converters.The frame of HM61-20222LFTR13 is designed to minimizing the stray magnetic fields and according with European requirements for EMC, class B level. It features an operating temperature range of -40°C to 125°C and a storage temperature range of -40 °C to 85°C. The inductor has an inductance of 2.0mH and rated current of 2.2A. It can and maximum DC resistance of 0.704 ohm at 25 ℃.The working principle of a fixed inductor is based on the Faraday principle of electromagnetic induction. This states that when a conductor is placed in a changing magnetic field (electromotive force), it will be induced with a current. The current and magnetic field strength associated with the inductor is proportional to the rate of change of the Flux Linkage of the coil induced in the core.The application fields of HM61-20222LFTR13 include but are not limited to switching regulators, DC/DC converters, DC/AC inverters, AC/DC converters and motor drives. So, it is suitable for applications that require a precise and reliable power source.
