ICS1574BM is a low pin count, self-contained clock and data recovery (CDR) device designed to recover and generate a fast serial clock signal and data from a noisy input data stream. The device is designed to support many serial communication protocols, such as Fibre Channel, Serial ATA, 10 Gigabit Ethernet, and other serial bit-rate services. The device provides a high-speed serial link with minimal propagation delay over a wide range of temperatures, operating across a wide range of supply voltages, and capable of supporting data rates up to 10 Gbps. It comes with a wide range of features and options, including integrated analog PLL, phase-lock loop (PLL), phase interpolator, integrated frequency synthesizer, clock multiplication, and logic buffer functions.
The ICS1574BM is a highly integrated HDI DRAM link clock recovery IC that supports serial data rates up to 10 Gbps.
