IDT23S08-5HPGG

The IDT23S08-5HPGG is a Frequency Synthesizer designed for Clock/Timing applications. It is part of a family of Frequency Synthesizers which are designed to generate and hold accurate, stable frequencies in Synchronous and Asynchronous applications.

The IDT23S08-5HPGG utilizes a voltage controlled oscillator (VCO) to generate an output frequency which is within a tolerance of over +/–500PPM. It also has an input frequency range of 500kHz to 3.2GHz and a typical phase noise of –128dBc/Hz at 1kHz offset. This allows the device to be used in applications where the output frequency needs to be accurate and stable, such as in telecommunications and computing.

The IDT23S08-5HPDG also features an Analog Programmable Voltage Controlled Oscillator (APVCO) for special applications.
