The IP101GRI is one of the latest interface products developed by Microchip Technology. It is a single-port 10/100Base-T Ethernet PHY. As such, it bridges the physical link between an Ethernet media access controller and a 10/100Mbps Ethernet line. It includes a 10/100Mbps PHY, MII/RMII interface, 2.5V regulator and some enhanced features.

Working Principle
