The IRG4PC40FDPBF is a single, highly efficient, and reliable insulated-gate bipolar transistor (IGBT) with integrated anti-parallel fast recovery diode. This device is primarily intended for induction heating applications and is capable of switching large currents up to 50A DC, with a collector-emitter voltage rating up to 1200V. The IRG4PC40FDPBF IGBT is a high performance device which features an improved new chip structure and built in anti-parallel diodes making this ideal for use in various switching applications. The IGBT has a positive temperature coefficient which prevents avalanche, thermal runaway, and gives the device an improved lifetime and power rating.

The IRG4PC40FDPBF IGBT has a wide range of applications in industrial, consumer and automotive electronics, power management systems, HVAC, power conversion and control, motor control and drives, inverters, UPS, and renewable energy systems.
