ISL3173EIBZ-T is a high performance 3.3V powered universal buffet transceiver. It is a four transistor output driver with an integrated input receiver, designed for low voltage (2.5V to 3.6V) and wide temperature range (-40°C to 85°C). It is an ideal candidate for applications such as personal computers, workstations, routers, switches and other telecommunication systems. It is designed to drive asynchronous serial communication, such as SATA and DDR3, over twisted pair cables, differential or single ended signaling. In addition, it is also capable of driving large capacitive loads of up to 1nF, load current up to 15mA and output voltage up to 80mA.
