1. Describe
The ISO7741QDWWQ1 automotive device is a high-performance, quad-channel digital isolator with 5700 VRMS (DWW package), 5000 VRMS (DW package), and 3000 VRMS (DBQ package) isolation ratings per UL 1577. This family of devices features reinforced insulation ratings that meet UL 1577 to VDE, CSA, TUV and CQC. The ISO7741QDWWQ1 device provides high electromagnetic immunity and low emissions at low power consumption while isolating CMOS or LVCMOS digital I/O. Each isolated channel has a logic input and output buffer separated by a dual-capacitor silicon dioxide (SiO2) insulating barrier. These devices feature enable pins that can be used to place their respective outputs in high impedance for multi-master drive applications and reduce power consumption. The ISO7740-Q1 device has all four channels in the same direction, the ISO7741-Q1 device has three forward channels and one reverse channel, and the ISO7742-Q1 device has two forward and two reverse channels. If input power or signal is lost, the default output is high for devices without the suffix F, and low for devices with the suffix F. See the Device Functional Modes section for details.

The ISO7741QDWWQ1 device is a high-performance, quad-channel digital isolator. These devices have an enable pin on each side that can be used to place the respective output at high impedance for multi-master drive applications and reduce power consumption. The ISO7741QDWWQ1 device uses single-ended CMOS logic switching technology. The voltage range of the two power supplies, VCC1 and VCC2, is 2.25 V to 5.5 V. When designing digital isolators, keep in mind that due to the single-ended design construction, digital isolators do not meet Any specific interface standard for isolation of single-ended CMOS or TTL digital signals only Wire. Isolators are usually placed between the data controller (i.e. μC or UART) and the data converter or Line transceivers, regardless of interface type or standard.
