One thermistor acts as a reference, and the other one is the one that changes resistance with the changes in temperature.The outputs of the LM75CIMX-3/NOPB can be either analog or digital. The analog output provides a voltage output that is proportional to the temperature detected. The digital output is an open-drain digital output that can be used to signal an alarm or other event when the temperature value crosses a predetermined threshold.
