The LX1552CM is an off-line switch mode power supply (SMPS) integrated circuit made by the semiconductor company Intersil Corporation. The IC is used for LED lighting applications and is designed to replace traditional linear voltage regulators and can provide high efficiency and low cost solution for those applications. It is an AC/DC converter and offline switcher.
