This device consists of an internal high-side and a low-side MOSFET, along with a low-dropout voltage regulator. The high-side MOSFET is used to step down the input voltage and the low-side MOSFET is used to regulate the output voltage. The low-dropout voltage regulator is used to control the output voltage.This device is suitable for a wide range of applications including portable and battery-powered devices, automotive, industrial and consumer electronics.
