The MAX4638ETE+ is a monolithic integrated circuit which belongs to the family of Interface - Analog Switches, Multiplexers, Demultiplexers. It is designed to operate on a supply voltage ranging from 1.65V to 5.5V VCC and to switch rail-to-rail analog signals over a wideband range. The device is split into three parts: the A, B, and C channels. The A and B channels switch, multiplex or demultiplex differential and single-ended signals and the C channel switches are bidirectional.
The MAX4638ETE+ features a low power consumption of just 8.5mW when operating at 3V. With its low On Resistance of 160Ω (max) and high Off Resistance of 350 MΩ (min) the device is able to provide high-impedance isolation for low-voltage, low-noise, and robust analog signal switching. The device is also ESD-protected and is offered in a space-saving SOT-23 package.
