The MAX6715AUTZED1+T is a family of advanced low-quiescent-current, low-dropout (LDO) linear regulators that includes a precision reset timer and manual reset capability in a small 6-pin SOT23 package. This LDO series provides and adjustable voltage range of ​1.8V to 5.0V, up to 200mA power, and up to 500mV dropout voltage. As a Power Management IC (PMIC), the MAX6715AUTZED1+T provides an easily implemented and cost-effective way to achieve stable, low-voltage and accurate power regulation under demanding situations.

The MAX6715AUTZED1+T application field can be as a supervisor for microprocessor systems. This part integrates a reset generator and multiple fixed-voltage regulators to supply power in applications that require supervising and powering a microprocessor. The device can provide up to 200mA of current to the load from an input voltage of 1.8V to 5V. The drop out voltage of the device is 400mV at 100mA and about 500mV at 200mA under normal conditions.
