MAX9650AUA+ is a highly reliable, low power, CMOS video amplifier which is designed for LCD flat panels. It comprises of four frequently used video amplifier modes, namely, differential mode (Vout1-Vout2), single-ended (Vout1+Vout2), differential-to-single-ended mode (Vout1-Vout2 → Vout1+Vout2) and variable-gain mode. It also incorporates a Difference Amplifier for implementing variable-gain applications.
The MAX9650AUA+ has an operating temperature range of -40ºC to +85ºC, which makes it ideal for a wide range of LCD applications. Its input voltage range (Vin) of 0.3V to 3.3V allows it to support almost all video formats including STV and HDTV. Furthermore, it has a flexible output voltage range (Vout) of 0.3V to 3V, enabling it to accommodate various video levels. The supply voltage range (VCC) of 2.5V to 3.3V is quite large and allows the MAX9650AUA+ to be used in a variety of portable applications.

Working Principle:
The MAX9650AUA+ is based on a differential amplifier configuration, which is the primary means of achieving the necessary high gain and low noise. The differential amplifier then amplifies the difference between these two input vectors to obtain the output signal.
