Working Principle

The MBR300150CT– like all diodes– rectifiers– arrays- works by allowing current to flow in a single direction (one way flow). It is a four-terminal device with each of the terminals corresponding to a junction. When forward biased, the MBR300150CT conducts current in the forward direction while, when reverse biased, the MBR300150CT will not conduct current. It is basically made from four high power rectifiers that share a common cathode circuit.
