The MIC2125YML-TR is a DC-DC Switching Controller used in Power Management Integrated Circuit (PMIC) applications. It is a two-channel device, featuring two independent switching controllers that can be used for various voltage converters and synchronous buck converters. This device is a cost-effective solution for low power applications, such as in battery-powered devices, and can be optimized for operation in applications with limited board space.

The MIC2125YML-TR enables a complete and flexible DC-DC conversion, from input to output. It operates from a wide range of input voltage levels, from as low as 1.8V and up to 5.5V, and provides both over-temperature and over-current protection. Finally, in SEPIC topologies, both input voltage and current waveforms are reversed, enabling higher efficiency than traditional buck or boost topologies.
