MIC5239-5.0BM

The MIC5239-5.0BM is an adjustable, low noise, low-dropout linear voltage regulator. It is designed to operate from a single up to five supply voltage. By setting two external resistors it is possible to adjust the output voltage from 2.9V to 5V with a minimum dropout of 0.2V. It operates with a quiescent current of only 8μA and delivers up to 100mA of output current. The MIC5239-5.0BM has very good line/load regulation of 0.1%. Additionally, it has an excellent line transient response, which prevents the output voltage from drooping during load transient.

The MIC5239-5.0BM has many built-in protections. It is protected against output short-circuit, output over current, reverse current, and over temperature.
