MOC3083S-TA1 are optoisolators with triac, SCR output devices. The package configuration used is a 6-pin DIP package. The MOC3083S-TA1 can be triggered by a variety of light sources such as LEDs, tungsten lamps etc. that are supplied with DC voltages.
