The MRF9030LSR5 is an enhancement-mode gallium arsenide (GaAs) monolithic microwave integrated circuit (MMIC) L-band power amplifier (PA) that covers the 1525-1559MHz frequency range. This device is ideal for mobile and point-to-point radio applications that require excellent linearity performance. It is specifically designed to be used with other RF devices, such as power dividers, switches, and detectors, in miniaturized products.MRF9030LSR5 is a field-effect transistor (FET) type device, and it works based on the principle of field-effect control.
