OSTKP130151 is a wire to board (WTB), wall mount terminal block designed for convenience and hygiene applications. It features a large terminal block area for accommodating wires and power strips, and has screw clamps for fastening the terminals securely in place.

Working principle

The OSTKP130151 terminal block consists of a one-piece base with four separate horizontal terminals positioned at the top, bottom, left and right sides, respectively. The top and bottom connectors have female screws to receive the wire. The left and right connectors have male screws to attach the power strip. The terminals form a stone pile structure in which the upper and lower layers are composed of female terminals and the middle layer is composed of male terminals. This ensures optimum electrical contact and maximum conductivity.

The terminal block has a stainless steel (SS) back plate, allowing for easy maintenance and cleaning. The base is made of polyamide 6.6 UL94V-2 material, which provides superior resistance to heat and moisture. The base also has an integrated vibration system that ensures the terminals remain in contact and undamaged.

The WTB is connected to the power source via a separate connection. The power source is connected to the WTB with the help of pins and nuts .The extracted energy from the power source is then directed to the terminals which are connected to the components.
