Working Principles
P51-1500-A-R-MD-4.5OVP-000-000 pressure sensors are based on a differential sensing principle. The sensing element consists of two sensing elements, an outer and an inner, which are separated by an air gap. This gap prevents the accurate measurement of the differential pressure from one side to the other. When pressure is applied to one side, the inner sensing element is deformed, or deflected, due to the pressure. This deflection causes a change in the resistance of the sensing element which is sensed by a Wheatstone bridge circuit. This bridge circuit then converts this voltage change to a proportional change in pressure, which is what is measured by the sensor. To increase the accuracy of these sensors, digital signal processing allows for accurate calibration of the data, reduction in noise, and improved linearity.For wireless communication, the pressure sensor may be connected to a networkable transmitter which uses a variety of data transmission protocols for transmitting data to a remote location for monitoring and control.The specific data is subject to PDF, and the above content is for reference
