Working Principle of PT78HT233H
Firstly, the input voltage is applied to the DC-DC converter where it is regulated to a certain value to minimize the input voltage fluctuation. Then it is multiplied to get higher voltage using internal circuit, and then supply to the transformer via switch. The output voltage is then derived from the secondary side of the transformer through rectification and filtering.
PT78HT233H surface mount power modules are highly recommended for all kinds of voltage/power conversion. It makes use of a synchronous rectifier, which consists of an inductor, a diode, a load, a charge pump circuit, and a control circuit, in order to provide a stabilized DC output voltage. The control circuit will control the power switch by regulating the current passing through the inductor. As the current passes through the diode, a portion of it will be stored in the capacitor, which will act as a voltage regulator in order to limit the maximum output voltage. Furthermore, the load resistors will disperse the extra energy of the output voltage. With all these elements, a steady, regulated DC output is generated that is perfect for any kind of application.
