The S2DA-13-F is a diode rectifier that provides multiple integrated technologies and numerous features to address a variety of application requirements. It is widely used in a range of applications like AC/DC converters, power supplies and automotive applications.
A diode rectifier is an electronic component that allows current to flow in one direction, and blocks the current from flowing in the other direction. It consists of two portions: an anode and a cathode, and current flows from the anode to the cathode. Diode rectifiers are often used to convert alternating current (AC) to direct current (DC), and in the process it determines the polarity of the current.
The S2DA-13-F is manufactured using a silicon epitaxial planar chip technology, which is then packaged and qualified according to quality assurance standards.
