SMA5132 is a N-Channel MOSFET array with four independent MOSFETs in a single package. Each of the MOSFETs has its own dedicated gate driver and it is designed for medium voltage, high current switching applications. It can be used to provide a high-efficiency, high-power solution with a fast switching speed and low gate charge, making it ideal for use in a variety of applications such as motor control, power conversion, low voltage lighting, automotive and power electronics.

Application Field
