This TVS diode has a minimum breakdown voltage of 43.28 V and a maximum clamping voltage of 58.08 V. It is designed with epoxy encapsulated surface mount package to meet the requirements of MIL specs.Apart from voltage transients, the SMB8J12CAHE3/5B is designed to protect against ESD (electrostatic discharge) and EFT (electrical fast transient).
