The SN74LV1T125DBVRG4 is a single-channel, low-voltage, high-speed octal differential line receiver. This integrated circuit expands the logic family in the traditional dual-rail forward and backward ports by introducing a single-rail forward/backward port. It also supports 1.65 to 3.6V VCCI power supply, in-line operation at 1.2V and up to 1.2GHz frequency. It is suitable for reconfigurable high-speed transmission line drivers and receivers in data buses and memory arbitration buses.The SN74LV1T125DBVRG4 is a single-channel low-voltage line receiver made up of eight receiver buffers. It is designed for 5V input, TTL-level compatible, and compatible with pseudo-differential to true-differential lines. Its main purpose is to convert signals from pseudo differential transmission lines to true differential transmission lines. The single-rail input of the line receiver allows both unidirectional and bidirectional communication. Furthermore, due to its high speed of operation, it is suitable for high-speed transmission of signals. The differential receiver is a dual-ended, single-rail input with a TTL-compatible core, low-voltage compatible, 1.65 to 3.6V and up to 1.2GHz of frequency response. It also provides a high noise immunity of up to ±200mV and a low power consumption of up to 160mW. The octal differential line receiver provides an excellent level of signal integrity, with a wide common-mode input range (2.0V to 3.6V) and good common-mode rejection.The SN54LV1T125DBVRG4 is a differentially-out, single-rail-in, low-voltage differential receiver. The device produces a differential output when both inputs are the same logic level. An in-line operating voltage (not more than 1.2V) ensures reliable operation and high-speed differential signaling. When the input is not exist, the output remains in a high-impedance condition. This feature is particularly applicable in application areas such as bus arbitration, where data can be transfered from one device to another without having to retransmit the signals. The SN54LV1T125DBVRG4 is ideal for applications requiring high speed and low power consumption, such as bus arbitration circuits, memory and FPGA applications. In terms of working principle, the device contains eight receiver buffers, each of which provides an independent output. Each differential line receiver contains two TTL/CMOS compatible receivers. The low-voltage input signal is first processed by TTL/CMOS compatible comparators. The comparators then compare the signal input signal to the logic threshold. The logic level is then outputted either as a logic zero or a logic one. The differential outputs are then used to process the data. The SN54LV1T125DBVRG4 has various applications including peer-to-peer systems, high-speed signal switching and transmission, data bus arbitration and networking applications. Its features make it compatible with most of the existing high-speed communication systems.
