The SN74LVC245APWRG3 is designed to provide automatic interface between data lines of standard TTL levels and CMOS logic with VCC operating from 1.65V down to 1.2V. The integrated 3-State buffer features active low Output Enable (OE) inputs, separate active low Output Enable (OE) Outputs and a high level output impedance with improved rise/fall time characteristics. The devices have both Input and Output Schmitt-trigger action padding data transmission over HOT, noisier or longer bus lines. The SN74LVC245APWRG3 is available in a 28-pin SOIC package and is rated for operation over a temperature range of -40°C to +85°C.Logic-level compatibilityThe SN74LVC245APWRG3 is logic-level compatible with TTL logic and LVCMOS logic.
