The STB2010CTR is an array diode module manufactured by STMicroelectronics. It is an ultra wide band, ultra low capacitance clamp diode array used in high frequency digital circuits. The STB2010CTR is designed for protection of high-speed data line signals in digital and mixed signal applications.The STB2010CTR is made up of eight high-speed switching diodes enclosed in a single package. The diodes are arranged in a quad-diode array configuration, with each pair connected in series and four pairs connected to the four pins of the package. The diode arrangement allows the device to be used as a low capacitance clamp diode array, which can be used to protect high-speed digital signals from esd damage.When used as a clamp diode array, the STB2010CTR is designed to reduce the signal degradation caused by esd spikes.
