The STEVAL-MKI107V1 is an evaluation board designed to use with the LSM6DSL, LSM6DSM and LPS22HB MEMS inertial modules and pressure sensor, from STMicroelectronics, which are based on MEMS technology. The board comes with a 3-axis digital accelerometer, 3-axis rate gyroscope, pressure sensor, compass, and USB support to connect to a PC.The MEMS (micro-electrical mechanical systems) inertial modules and pressure sensor are designed with small form factor and low power consumption. They are built using integrated thermal compensation and digital signal processing so that the best performance, in term of stability, is provided. The MEMS used provide a resolution up to 16-bit, with a maximum output value of ±2g for the accelerometer, ±245dps for the rate gyroscope, and 115 kPa for the pressure sensor.The 3-axis digital accelerometer and 3-axis rate gyroscope are used in the STEVAL-MKI107V1 board to measure acceleration and angular rates.
