TL1431CDG4 is a monolithic, low power, normally-on voltage reference that can be used in portable applications such as liquid crystal displays, computer peripherals, power management and analog-to-digital converters. The device contains a temperature compensated, high accuracy reference source and active circuitry to provide a voltage reference with very low power consumption. The TL1431CDG4 operates over a wide input voltage range of 2.6V to 12V and provides a stable, low temperature coefficient reference voltage of 1.241V.
