TS80C32X2-MCE is a series of ultra-low-power 8-bit microcontrollers fabricated with CMOS Technology by Toshiba. It has 16KB ROM, 512 Bytes RAM and 2KB EEPROM memory. It is one of the single-chip microcontroller with the widest application field, including industrial, automotive and consumer electronics. TS80C32X2-MCE is also used for communication control, computer peripherals, home appliances, motor control, AAC and many other applications.
