Aluminum electrolytic capacitors are widely used electronic components with large capacitance anddielectric constants. The UHS1H101MPT are no exception. Specifically, these capacitors are mainly used for local decoupling and smoothing in areas requiring accurate and low-noise power supply, such as devices of the power supply circuits, audio circuits, and digital signal processor integrated circuits.

Figure 1 shows the standard construction of a miniaturized aluminum electrolytic capacitor. Its construction consists of an anode formed by aluminum foil (or aluminum sheet) and a cathode formed by a dielectric oxide layer of electrolyte on the surface of aluminum. Its connection terminals are typically connected to the anode and the cathode of the capacitor and made of negative and positive (ground and signal) lead-out connectors. The package size of UHS1H101MPT is considerably smaller than normal electrolytic capacitors, allowing it to be used in items such as mobile phones and other ubiquitous applications.
UHS1H101MPT works on the principles of capacitive reactance. When an AC signal is applied across the two terminals, the device internally reactance is increased or decreased as the signal amplitude and frequency changes through the application of an electric field to the large surface area available on the aluminum foil. This phenomenon is known as capacitive reactance which can be used in a variety of electronic circuits.
The UHS1H101MPT can be used because of its larger capacitance at a low voltage. The capacitance in this product is generally 2-10 times that of an aluminum electrolytic capacitor with the same voltage. Additionally, it has stable capacitance characteristics and higher capacitance retention even at relatively low temperatures. The UHS1H101MPT also has a longer operating life cycle thanks to its very low leakage current.
UHS1H101MPT is generally used in areas that require accurate and low-noise power supply, such as audio circuits, power supply circuits, and digital signal processors. It can also be used in high-temperature environments as its operating temperature range is relatively wide.
