The UMW1H0R1MDD1TP aluminum electrolytic capacitor is a type of high-capacity, high-performance capacitor that is specifically designed for long life operation in temperature ranges between -55°C and +125°C. This capacitor offers excellent performance characteristics, including high frequency operation, low ESR (Equivalent Series Resistance), superior corrosion resistance and more.The UMW1H0R1MDD1TP features a three-layer, non-magnetic casing of metalized polyester film, nickel-plated polyester film, and polypropylene insulation. It provides excellent temperature stability, ESR and tolerance to humid environments, and is suitable for applications involving frequencies up to 1GHz. The capacitor is rated for the range of rated voltage (Vr) from 10V to 50V and capacitance from 0.047µF (4700pF) to 4.7µF (4700pF).The working principle of the UMW1H0R1MDD1TP aluminum electrolytic capacitor is based on the electrochemical process of electrolysis. In this process, electrical energy is used to separate and transfer chemical compounds, such as electrolytes. The electrolytic capacitors are usually comprised of two plates composed of a highly conductive metal, such as aluminum or manganese, separated by an ion exchange material, such as aqueous electrolyte solution and a diaphragm. When a voltage is applied to one plate and the other plate is connected to ground, the electrical field created by the discs will draw electrons through the electrolyte solution, forming an electrochemical layer between the two plates.
