The VE-21F-IY-F1 is a DC DC converter, which is used to convert higher voltage DC power into lower voltage DC power. The output voltage range of the device can reach from 0.6V to 17V. It adopts high frequency synchronous rectification and soft switching technology which make its power conversion efficiency up to 93%.
