The operating voltage range of the VRE3050JS is 2.5V to 5.5V, with a nominal voltage of 3.3V. It offers a temperature coefficient of 50ppm/°C and a maximum output voltage temperature coefficient of 15 ppm/°C. Its maximum load current is 500uA and its relative load stability is 1%. The device is stable over the full operating temperature range of -40 °C to 125 °C. The chip includes an internally trimmed bandgap circuit, which provides low input bias current, good reference voltage accuracy, stable output voltage and low output impedance over temperature, current and supply variations.
