VRF2933MP is one of the advanced RF transistors developed by Fairchild and it provides a good performance and stability in the area of Radio Frequency (RF) and microwave applications. The device is designed by employing advanced 0.25μm InGaP/GaAS technology, and has high linearity and excellent thermal resistance. This device is a depletion type, laterally diffused metal–oxide–semiconductor (LDMOS) transistor. The VRF2933MP is a surface mount RF transistor which is used in various kinds of RF power amplification functions like wideband, broadband, and Wireless Local Area Network (WLAN) system.
The device provides good performance in medium power applications with low input and output power. It operates over a wide frequency range, up to 3GHz, and provides the best performance at a frequency of 1.2GHz. It also provides excellent output power, high efficiency and small size.
