Working Principle
The XP0431N00L is a pre-biased, three-transistor package containing three individual BJT bi-polar transistors. Each of the three transistors is biased to 400V by the internal DC voltage regulator. This allows the transistors to have a common base and dramatically reduce the CMR between transistors.
