FI-S8S is a type of rectangular connector housing, designed to facilitate quick assembly and disassembly with automated equipment. Working Principle

FI-S8S connectors use a double-hexagonal shaped bore to facilitate a secure connection. The two sides are designed to easily fit together and compress the contacts, creating a tight connection with no risk of interruption. This design also makes installation and removal more efficient, as the connectors are easily accessible and can be connected to existing wiring with minimal effort. Additionally, once connected, the connector can be securely locked in place to prevent accidental disconnection.

The cavities in FI-S8S housing are designed in such a way that inserting a single contact into the housing will automatically orient the contact in the exact position required for a secure connection. This helps reduce the risk of pins being inserted incorrectly, and ensures the contact will remain firmly in place without any wobble or other movement.
