Rectangular Connectors - Headers, Receptacles, Female Sockets

Rectangular socket connectors, also known as rectangular connectors, are made up of three distinct components: a pair of stylish plastic headers, a set of metal female sockets and a set of metal receptacles. The header configuration of each component, as the term implies, refers to the spacing of the individual contacts – a header is the part of the component that contains grooves across which the solder contacts make contact.
