Working Principle
Fuses are designed to protect circuits, components, connected appliances and even people against electrical shock. When an overcurrent beyond the rated value of the fuse flows, the metallic strip in the fuse melts, causing a break in the circuit and cease the flow of electricity. Alternatively, if electricity flow surpasses its breaking capacity, the fuse will protect the device by breaking the circuit, preventing further current.

0034.5705.11 is a type of fuse which is suitable for medium-voltage applications in both DC and AC systems. This fuse offers superior current ratings, from 315A to 400A. It has high breaking capacity up to 10 kA and low voltage drop across it. The fuse can be used in motor control centers, air-conditioners, refrigerators, transformers and others.
