The HXP family of low voltage specialty fuses is designed to protect cables and panel components against short-circuit faults and overload conditions. A HXP fuse is more reliable at higher current and voltage than a standard fuse and feature the ability to clear large fault currents up to 200,000 amps. It is a low-resistance fuse, which is designed to reduce heat and arcing during a fault condition.
