But with so many types of fuses on the market, it can be hard to tell which one is best for your application. 0673.800MXEP fuses are a type of vacuum time-delay fuses designed to provide superior interruption performance and protection in industrial applications. The 0673.800MXEP fuse is designed for use in industrial applications such as generator protection, bus-tie protection, and air-break switch protection. When a short circuit or overload occurs, the current passing through the fuse causes the contact arm to be propelled and interrupt the circuit. The interruption of the circuit creates a vacuum in the chamber which prevents current from passing through the element.

The 0673.800MXEP fuse is capable of providing superior short-circuit protection and is ideal for use in industrial applications that require reliable power protection.
