1030H39 Application Field and Working Principle

The 1030H39 panel indicator is a part of a monitoring system for the operators in various industrial processes. The 1030H39 has three main components, The ON/OFF switch, which controls the basic operation of the device, the protection circuit, which monitors the current and voltage and the indicator and audio alarms. The protection circuit monitors the current draw continuously and is set to trip on preset values. When these values are exceeded, the indicator (led) will turn red and the audio alarm will sound to signal the operator.

The 1030H39 indicator is designed for installations with systems operate on frequencies up to 1.5MHz, the operating voltage is also suitable for various kinds of equipment: AC/DC or single phase/three phase, the rated current is up to 20A. The 1030H39 also features flexible mounting options, with either 1/2” or 3/4” thread. This makes it ideal for a variety of conditions or environments.

It has a range of temperature rating that is suitable for most applications and an IP66 seal. This means it is dust-tight and protected against water jets from any direction, so it is very suitable for most industrial operations.
