Application Field

14306.3 accessory is mainly applicable to servo motors with large power and multiple sets of encoders, suitable for high-speed machining straight line and arc servo control system. It is applicable for precision guidance and positioning of all kinds of CNC machine tools, double spindle linkage control, drilling machine, engraving machine, high-speed printing machine, laser cutting machine, stamping machine, folding machine, industrial robot and so on.

Working Principle

14306.3 accessories consist of two parts: front-end distributed input module and rear-end I/O communication module. The front-end distributed inputs include various incremental and absolute encoders\' interface, resolver\'s interface and safety devices\' interface. The rear-end I/O communication module includes the communication network, host interface, various I/O signal and system power supply interface.

The encoder\'s interface can digitize the angle, speed and position information from encoders and send them to the host computer through a certain communication path. After the processing of the host computer, the corresponding drive pulse will be outputted from the rear-end I/O communication module to corresponding servo motor\'s drive control card. By controlling the outputting of the pulse, the servo motor can accurately control the controlled object to meet the needs of various complex control systems.
