24FC64T-I/OT Memory Application Field and Working Principle
The 24FC64T-I/OT is a specialized form of non-volatile memory technology that combines the speed of a dynamic random access memory (DRAM) with the convenience and reliability of an read-only memory (ROM). The second component is the 8-bit control module that controls the read/write access to this array.When the 24FC64T-I/OT is used, the control module first writes the data to the memory array. From this point, the device operates in either an read or write mode. In read mode, the stored data is accessed from the memory array and loaded into the associated registers. In write mode, the stored data is written back to the memory array.
