It is internally organized into 1024 bytes which are configured in 32 pages of 32 bytes each. It is accessed using a 3-wire serial protocol, using a small 8-pin package. The 25AA128-I/ST is capable of operating down to 1.8V, allowing for the use in low voltage systems. The operation of the 25AA128-I/ST memory device is controlled by the 3-wire serial protocol.
