LED Indication - Discrete applications have a variety of uses in both military and civilian applications. The most common use of this type of LED system is to provide visual indications of the status, activity, failure detection, location, etc., of a particular system. The most common form of LED indication – discrete applications is the 34-2/RAC-AUWC/AM. This system utilizes a combination of white LEDs and yellow LEDs, in a special pattern designed to provide the best visual indication possible.

The LED indication - discrete applications generally use either a single LED, or a series of connected LEDs, wired to a printed circuit board. The LED indication will appear as either a single, steady light or an alternating pattern of multi colored lights.
