This oscillator produces a 4Vp-p sineWaveOutput in the range of 360-440MHz and features an absolute stability of 500KHz PPM. The device is offered in a 3x3x1mm, 8-pin Clay Structured™ package.

The 416F360X3IDT also leverages the COTS platform to lower total system costs and allow for customization of the die, interface, and packaging. It utilizes a custom 13-stage filter, making it capable of providing excellent phase noise and close-in frequency characteristics.
