46-ALP2-NYO is an indication unit specifically designed for installation into 22.5mm diameter mounting cutouts. The 46-ALP2-NYO can be combined of up to two separate indicator lights and/or pilot lights at exactly the same panel depth. This indication unit offers a wide range of current options for the illumination as well as the color of the lights.

Application Field

The 46-ALP2-NYO indicator is mainly used in order to, deliver several types of information in form of indication or alike. It is ideal for providing operators and/or system administrators with quick visual information of the status of typical control system, such as alarms, limit values or operational configuration settings.

Working Principle

The 46-ALP2-NYO combines two individual mounting components which can be rotated up to 180 degrees and are designed for specific mounting of the light sources into the indication unit. By combining the two separate components the 46-ALP2-NYO offers an ease of installation and provides a simple solution without having to use two separate types of indication panels.

The core of the 46-ALP2-NYO is formed from a 22.5mm round housing with two mounting components. These components can be moved independently, and each contains two QCC slots for LED module insertion. Depending on the current option, the modules can be pierced through the housing in order to create an illuminated line. The RGB version of this unit provides three different LEDs for red, blue and green.

The external part of the 46-ALP2-NYO is created with the use of buttons to initialize and reset the indicator. Once the button is pressed, the internal lighting will initiate and provide the indication, either by illuminating the LEDs or the selected color. Finally, with a set of terminal connections as part of the rear of the housing, this provides an external means of electric connection to the 46-ALP2-NYO.
