Arrays

Arrays are collections of devices, such as transistors or integrated circuits, connected together to form a lattice pattern. An array can be used to create a variety of electronic devices, such as amplifiers, signal generators, and signal transducers. 7001-RC applications utilizing arrays include radiation testing, imaging systems, microwave communications, and satellite navigation applications.

The basic design of an array consists of a number of interconnected devices, each of which is connected to a single conducting line, or bus. Each device is connected to the bus in a particular way, so that the properties of the individual components can be modified and tailored to the desired application. For example, in a radiation testing array, each device can have a different amount of resistance, or a different capacitance or inductance, which will determine how much current flows through the devices when they are powered up. Furthermore, the arrangement of the devices in the array will determine which frequencies are being conducted through the array.

The 7001-RC is a type of array that has been developed specifically for radiation testing applications. It consists of an array of capacitors and inductors that are interconnected in a particular way. Signal Transformers

Signal transformers are electrical components designed to transfer electrical signals between two or more circuits. Signal transformers consist of a core with two or more windings. The windings can be wired into the circuit in a variety of ways to convert the voltage or impedance of the signal. For example, a voltage transformer is used to convert high voltage signals into lower voltage signals, while an impedance transformer is used to match the impedance of a signal source to the impedance of a load.
